By accessing the website infodoor.ca or engaging our technical teams for mobile application development and AI systems integration, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.

🤝 1. Advisory & Scoping Engagements

• All technical estimations, cost projections, and architectural plans provided by Infodoor are scoping approximations, subject to complete bilateral software specifications.
• We reserve the right to decline technical inquiries or auditing requests that violate our ethical guidelines or present data governance risks.

🛡️ 2. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

A. Website Elements

All layout assets, CSS, SVG vector art, and optimized PNG resources displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Infodoor or are used under valid licensing agreements. Copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

B. Client Deliverables

IP allocations for custom mobile applications, private database directories, and RAG pipelines are governed by individual, bilateral Software Development Agreements signed before code delivery.

🔒 3. Data Integrity & System Security

You agree not to:

• Inject malicious scripts, execute DDoS actions, or execute vulnerability scans against our hosting infrastructure.
• Attempt to extract proprietary codebases, data, or directories from our servers.

⚖️ 4. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
